There will be 12 topics per year. Current topics are as follows (subject to change):

- Housing / Home / Real Estate (i.e. maintenance, safety and security, selling/buying cottages or homes)
- Finance (i.e. managing finances, shopping on a budget, nutrition on a budget, maneuvering healthcare expenses)
- Wills, Estates, and Future Planning (i.e. what’s involved and affordable ways to manage them)
- IT (i.e. computers, phones, tablets, and internet security)
- Travel (i.e. on a budget, alone, local, outside region, abroad)
- Accessibility & Living Well at Home (i.e. access to facilities, supports, coping with mobility issues, and devices)
- Food/Nutrition (i.e. healthy living, access, preparation, tips for groceries/nutrition on a budget)
- Exercise (i.e. the importance of it and ongoing benefits)
- Grief & Life Transitions (i.e. causes, what grief looks like/different types, and how to cope)
- Employment / Careers (work, career changes, small business, side income)
- Community & Social Connection (isolation, building connections, local involvement)
