Summer Evening of Live Readings
Brooklands Farm, August 12th, 6:30-8:30
An evening of stories, music, snacks, wine or beer, social time, and a chance to explore the 150-year-old Brooklands Farm!
Join us for a fun evening of storytelling, live acoustic music, socializing, and a chance to explore the historic farm.
We feature diverse local readers sharing a mix of laugh-out-loud travel, comedy, moving stories, and compelling non-fiction, and live music from local musician, Rowan Sound!
Experience a unique, mid-week summer escape right here in Muskoka. Gather with your friends and lose yourself in a captivating night of fun!
TICKETS: $25 (Includes Complimentary Table Snacks!)
Your Summer Evening Includes:
- The Atmosphere: A beautiful, historic 150-year-old Muskoka farm setting.

An informative community event featuring speakers highlighting the realities of caregiving
and practical ways to navigate its challenges.
The Caregiving Insights event will bring together community members, caregivers, care receivers, professionals, and organizations to explore the many realities of caregiving.
This event will feature knowledgeable speakers and practical discussions on topics such as navigating care systems, maintaining well-being, accessing local resources, and supporting both caregivers and those receiving care.
Open to individuals, families, organizations, and professionals, the event aims to create a supportive space to learn, share experiences, and strengthen connections within the community.
Admission is free. Advance reservation is required to secure your seat. Space is limited. Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will be available in case of cancellations.

It’s a chance to hear from knowledgeable voices, gain new insights, and connect with others in Muskoka who share an interest in these topics.
